Ayran is delicious but it is not milk strictly speaking.

I was raised up with Ayran, I think in my case it is the same.

I can drink ayran and eat yogurt as well(thanks god) that's due to the fermentation process. The problem show up with the products such as peynir, kaşar, lor, even some biscuits/cakes which have a considerable amount of whey.

Intolerant to raw milk - needs to be flavoured to enjoy it. Otherwise can't drink it.
Can eat cheese every day of the week. I used to drink alot of milk growing up but had to be flavoured.
