    No way. Rio Grande do Sul should be a country alone without Argentina and Chile. I dont see argentines liking tô share the same country with chileans. The most probable is put along Argentina and Uruguay.

    Não amigo, nem de zoeira. Nenhuma "união" política faz sentido nem é possível.
    Aqui o que a gente precida é melhorar as relações enquanto a comércio e cultura (comhecimento das diferentes idiossincrasias). Isso sim tá precisando, e nao tenho dúvida que tudo melhoraria pegando esse caminho.
    Mas união política não faz sentido, não melhora nada e não tem jeito.

    But Latin America (as a whole) should integrate if these countries want to be more than just banana republics. United we are stronger.

    Even Brazil which is the biggest LA country can't do much alone. Regional integration is the key to make Latin America powerful, as many great thinkers noted in the past.
