It's very difficult to answer constructively to poor arguments, insufficient examples and comments that clearly have provocative intentions. There are dozens of examples of people saying that Greeks are gypsy-looking and only dark skinned, when reallity shows the opposite.
Sokratis is stereotypically Greek (other examples are footballers like Orestis Karnezis, Giorgos Tzavellas and Giorgos Samaras) because of facial features, body built, skin tone and skull type.
Even the lightest types (like Fortounis, Moras, Tzorvas or Skondras) are not rare or exotic among Greeks.
Your examples don't say absolutely anything, not to mention you don't even mention their names (one of them is Demis Roussos, but I have no clue about the other guy) or the sources from which you claim Greeks stereotypically are like them.
