I've dealt with people with down syndrome, many cannot tie their own shoes without adult supervision. You may choose to believe Palestinians on average are only 14 or so points higher than Down Syndrome sufferers...I respect Palestinians more than you to believe that.

Egyptian and Bedouins were similar enough to your people that they mixed and intermarried and co-mingled so much so that you will have an easier time trying to find a needle in a haystack than to find a Palestinian without such admixture.

Palestinian Christians, Druze, and Samaritans are non-admixed, and a large minority of Palestinian Muslims are relatively isolated as well. And no, Egyptians and Bedouins are quite dissimilar from indigenous South Levantines.

Sucks, nose bumps are great. I don't see how it's a white supremacy thing since nose bumps are fairly common in Europe, like in Britain. It's a little different but still.

tbh looks is everyones's personal domain and with the improvement in Technology and per capita income people will strive to look best as they could , its like as organic process as increase in average age.

This is not something new. Iranians but also Lebanese and other gulf Arabs are known to be "beauty obsessed".
I remember I talked with a Lebanese girl, I asked her why Lebanese were that into "cosmetic surgery". She told me that Lebanese were apparently complexed people with a high low-self esteem and that "beauty and being good looking" were very important in their culture to find a husband (better if he's rich), to succeed professionally and that it makes even easier social life... That Lebanese society was very superficial and the civil war may have created frustrations but she never went further.
Even men used it more and more , Middle Eastern men are known anyway in general to take care a lot of themselves.
I don't think it's necesserily ONLY caused by the globalization of European beauty standards although we can't ignore that fact.
Dictatorships, oppression or wars in the region made people very insecure of themselves. "False appearances", traditions and how people perceived you and what they tell about you are much more important there than in Western world where "indivudualism" and "everyone have their own life" prevail.
