I don't think so. Many Hapa's are considered honourary whites, the same way Orientals in Apartheid South Africa were. Nobody apart from Hapa's will delude themselves into thinking they're really white. Quapa's might be a different story in the US, as James Allsupp proves.

It is usually said tongue in cheek, but for practical purposes it could for granting them certain rights in a racial state they would otherwise not be afforded. That's why it's called honourary, unlike calling a UK Black or Paki as British as John Bull.

Here's the thing, to address OP's question, OP conflates two overlapping but very distinct WN phenomena:

1. The "classic" hate that makes WNs treat Jews as pinatas to fulfill their homicidal fetish the same way hug pillows are used by Japanese hikikomoris to cope with their loneliness. Very old, ancient type of beef dating back to Christian Europe times.

• The old WN movement "hated" Jews from cultural, racial, religious reasons but it died out in the 1990s or whatever. Even all the cartoons you all know and cherish are like 30 years old, too.
• The new WN movement "hates" Jews (Jewish elites) from socioeconomic reasons. It, excepting mass-shooting Kekistani psychopaths, largely ignores individual Jews because whether Jewish elites are phenotypically Nordic White or Han Chinese, the dynamic would play out just the same; see where I am going with this? The fact that white niggas both in the UK and US practically absorbed Ashkenazim at this point the contemporary WN "hate" for Jews is also overblown. They don't give two fucks about Jews; WNs could practically convert to Judaism and they would still be 1) against elites' rootless fat brown cattle-herding globalism 2) for the preservation of white (i.e. European, namely Euro American, indig. British) cultures with a less emphasis on the skin color itself.
