IMO Northern Asians like Siberians and Turkics/Tunggids are around the same level as Mongols. Northeasterners are regarded as tough but many of them are Manchu (a warrior people). The best and most feared 'fighters' in China are actually the ethnic Tatars, Uyghurs, Tajiks, Kazakhs, etc. followed by Mongols and Northern minority tribes etc.

I actually find Northern Han comparatively wimpy than other Northern groups. They are however physically more imposing and aggressive than their South Chinese counterparts. IMO Korean Chinese are on average more physically robust and stronger.

My personal observation is that Korean men and women seem to be stockier than Northern Han Chinese even if they are around the same height or shorter. They also seem to have noticeably bigger hands and longer, thicker fingers in my eyes.
