IQ tests are scaled for different ages, so the complexity and expectations are adjusted for accordingly. And the age of IQ tests is not an issue as long as the test being administered was a psychometrically sound, reputable version of tests like the WAIS and Stanford-Binet

Not a very accurate comparison. I understand they are scaled for ages. But you simply cannot compare a 6 year olds result doing an IQ test with a full grown 20 year old adult. It's an apple to oranges comparison. It'd be interesting to see a current, 2016, test on only 20 year olds throughout all of these countries.

North East Asians are the most intelligent behind Ashkenazi Jews. AJs score 115 average, but have much higher verbal IQ (the type of intelligence used for academic/intellectual pursuits like doctor, lawyer, scientist, business executive, etc) than visuospatial (type used for engineering, math, and hunting in antiquity). North East Asians have slightly higher visuospatial than verbal, so Ashkenazi Jews have a very clear edge I'd say.

because whites thought they would be the best and picked out the stuff they were good at for the tests, but it turned out to be that azns were still better.
