If only men are voting, Trump should win by a large margin. But add female votes, and Hillary comes out on top.

Cultural values, in some old civilizations / cultures, women and men were pretty much equal, both political but also society wise, Abrahamic religions however ruined this equality.

No, though I wouldn't outright ban them from voting. Plebs get really triggered by perceived biological barriers. Simply restrict voting to only those who are mentally fit to vote, and by any reasonable standard the vast majority of the eligible would be men.
