Mestizos seem to have a serious inferiority complex with regard to North America. I'll grant that, but I think it has more to do with cultural influence from the north than with whites being objectively more attractive.

I believe that Southern Europeans (Balkanites, Italians, Greeks, Spanish and Portugese) are the most beautiful but that's just my personal opinion, everyone has a different opinion.
