I think she might score higher Iberian on the 23andme test as opposed to AncestryDNA.

once again, she is lacking the Central Asian and East Asian component, which indicates that the Central Asian is NOT coming from the Native American side but from some other source (in regards to Latinos especially Mexicans who are the ones with the most Central Asian component)
