I want to do a game with european users from TA

Suppose you born during XV-XVI century and you - a famous and respected navigator of your country - received from your king the mission to colonize the Americas.

The King told you:

- You choose if you accept or not, I wont force you since there are many mystic creatures living on the seas like mermaids, megalodons, aquatic dragons, etc... The travel would last months.

If you decide to accept:

- Choose any area of the Americas (suppose you already know all america's territory even at that time) - post which area you decided to choice (countries, regions, cities, continents, etc)
- You choose if you will dominate the native population or not
- You choose if you will use african labor to help you or not

ps: it wouldn't be a summer camp, you need to bring riches to your king, so someone will need to work...

This thread is going to be quite interesting.
I choose, the Brazilian coast (from Rio Grande do Norte to São Paulo).

I will dominate the Indigenous people living there.
I would choose to not use slaves. Instead, I would use the labour of European settlers. The natives would work just in sugar plantations.
Capital: Olinda
Population:Most of settlers are of Portuguese and French origin. The Indigenous population decrease with the diseases bought by the European settlers, but they are still a significant group.
Economy: Sugar plantations, extraction of Brazilwood and cotton plantations.
