PCAs are misleading, especially when you don't know how to interpret them. Turks form a cluster between South Europe (Greece-Sicily) and Central Asia (Turkmens), that's also how they usually get modelled on gedmatch's oracle. Even the Turkish samples from West Anatolia (Turkish_Aydin=purple and Turkish_Balıkesir=yellow) cluster with Caucasus population because Central Asian admixture pulls them towards the Caucasus.
CHG-WHG-EHG synthetics PCA (Eurogenes)
We don't. PCAs are useless and misleading when analyzed by morons. There are quadroons clustering with North Africans although they are genetically different.

All you've proven with that plot is that southern Central Asia is still mostly Iranic but the populations there now mostly speak Turkic. It is evident by how the Turkmens cluster with Afghan Pashtuns, an Eastern Iranic population. The Turks from Turkey are Western Iranic. An overall MENA dominated people with influence from everywhere.

You are still taking everything you see on PCAs literally. Pashtuns and Turkmens are far from each other genetically, I've already tried explaining why they appear so close on PCAs but you can't get it. PCAs don't even take all components into account, some components get left out.
GEDmatch oracles are better at estimating genetic proximities, although they aren't 100% accurate either (they don't take the proximity between different components into account for instance).
This is Turkmen average, the blue ones in the list are Turkic populations. PCAs are misleading as you can see.

Anway, you are not in a position to judge anyone's identity, since you love PCAs let me show you how Macedonians appear on PCAs. So Slavic indeed (I know you are from Macedonia by the way)

You still haven't disproven that Turks don't cluster with other Iranic and MENA populations. You can go on about the Kazakhs or Turkmens, whatever, and try to distract that the Turks are a primarily MENA population. It even shows in the oracle you posted:

The Ashkenazi Jews originated from Southern Italy, just FYI.
Genetic similarities between Italians and Ashkenazi Jews are due to the fact that about half of Jews' ancestry is European, a lot of which came from Italy when diaspora males migrated to Rome and found wives among local women who then converted to Judaism. The same process happened again to a lesser degree in other parts of Europe as Jews migrated further north, west and then east, but according to genome-wide autosomal DNA, their highest European admixture is Italian.
