Definitely Barcelona and I've never been there.

Milan, Turin, Genoa, Bologna = Terroni enclaves in northern Italy

Barcelona is full of non-Catalan Spanish (Andalusians), Catalans with non-Catalan origin... and foreigners.

Sorry but what Barcelona has apart from the recent and modern Sagrada Familia? Imo pretty overrated.
