As a whole, do Jews look more European or more Middle Eastern?

Given that this is often a contentious debate, I thought we should talk this out once and for all. On the one hand, most Jews have dark hair and dark eyes, but not much if at all more so than do Spaniards, Southern Italians or Greeks and they are definitely much lighter in hair, eyes and especially skin than most West Asians/Middle Easterners bar perhaps Georgians and some Turks. On the other hand, even when light, Jews' facial features are often non-European, such as Estelle Getty, Barbara Streisand and Shulamit Aloni. So, what is the answer?

Given that many of TA's discussions are about the mutual dislike between Europeans and Middle Easterners, Jews are interesting in that they are essentially a hybrid of both.

Both middle easterners and europeans don't like Jews, but Armenians like jews. I don't think Middle Easterners and Europeans really dislike each other though, you just read too much theapricity ahahaha.

Actually, there is genuine animosity or at least indifference - immigrants from Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran mostly don't integrate that well in European countries, but then neither do Western Europeans living in Gulf Arab states.

Turkish people is not pale like jews though, and Georgians are not middle east. Whitest looking middle east people I have seen is Turks, Kurdish, and Afganis. Palestinians is super dark.

Europeans feel very bad those people, they come from war. A lot of them are actually nice people and I have had 0 issues with them.

Just not from Sikeliot, he is making sicilians look so dark. When I see south italians in person they look so pale, not brown.

Well, most jews are ashkenazim, so they look European most of the time.
