Default List of OECD regions by GDP (PPP) per capita

As usual, Anglosaxon democracy and capitalism rules, as ever.

Some surprises here. London doubles Bay Area!!! At any rate, I think Silicon Valley Area would exceeded the London richest area.
More surprising: Antofagasta (Chile) 63000$ I suppose it's because of the scarce population and huge mining revenues. OTH, no other Latinoamerican region get a good position.
Another surprise: Bratisvala and Prague. Why is this?

I should be curious to see the source and the way they calculate it, to know how they pick the region.
I doubt Geneva is so "low" in the classment and I don't see Liechtenstein in it.

As far as the modern world is shaped by Ango-Saxons and the game rules are set by them the richest regions will be core regions or this culture and the one that adopted the rules the most, though they will never surpass them as when the favorite student surpasses the teacher the relationship between two change dramatically.

Not all are regions, but many are more like urban districts. Not all these places are really comparable.
