They look Central European influenced (they seem to have other influences too), a good number could pass but collectively they would stick out in South-Central Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Hungary, France etc.
To be serious many of the Tuscans look rather Southeast European (Balkan) like to me.

Beautiful people!
They're not different from other northern-central italics.

I'd say about half of them look Central Euro (i.e. like northern Italians, Austrians, Swiss, south Germans) and the other half approach Balkan appearance.

Girolamo Savonarola
Giovanni Da Verazzano

A lot of Etruscan features seems to be present, i Think Tuscans are mainly italic-etruscans mix with some germanic influences, a unique combination i would say, they look like a mix between Austrians and Sicilians to me, closer population in term of phenotype to me are North-Western italians (Lombards and Ligurians mainly..).
If you look them closely you will notice that they have very gracile facial features and they lack of angularity typical of north/western europeans (high cheeckbones, deep set eyes,high/broad forehead, big head as well very narrow and sharp nosese, long and big face) that is from upper paleolithic source, they have quite thin/small faces that makes me think they are ''italians'' instead of ''German'' even when they have fair pigmentation, as well Tuscans have less coarse features then southern italians and of course lighter pigmentation...
