My favorites are Mediterranean cuisine in general, Southern cuisine and Mexican. Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese are pretty amazing as well.

Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Mexican, southeastern Asian and even Indian cuisines are very tasty IMO. But yes, I adore Wiener Schnitzel too. Hungarian cuisine is nice also as is my native Croatian which is mix of various styles.
But I don't like Japanese cuisine for example, it lacks spice to me and is too raw despite it is very healthy.
Texan and southern US cuisine like barbeque I like a lot too.
