What's your favorite Ethnic Cuisine?

I cook everything safe for sushi, in a month I will probably eat at least once from each of these cuisines:

1) Italian;
2) Thai;
3) Chinese;
4) Indian;
5) Hungarian;
6) French;
7) Japanese;
8) Romanian ofc.

To name what I could eat everyday without flinching:

1) Paprikás Csirke;
2) Egg fried rice;
3) Carbonara;
4) Proper neapolitan style pizza.

To be honest, I never understood all the fuss about the "sushi". Sushi ia a pure advertising bubble, absolutely empty.

This is one of the most tasteless, useless and not satisfying dishes (that is why all anorexic fool girls love sushi ), and also potentially hazardous to health. There have been so many cases when giant worms got in the eater's body after eating sushi as food.

By the way, the Japanese themselves have repeatedly admitted that sushi is a scam for tourists and other suckers. Japanese love normal food and most of all they love dishes with normal beef, but for most Japanese such dishes throughout their history have been like a luxurious and inaccessible delicacy.

I agree , only thing that makes Sushi slightly appealing for me is having nice sauces to put on and add flavour otherwise rice with filling of seafood, chicken, beef by itself not really big deal. I would go for a Burrito or doner kebab or yeeros over Sushi 9 out 10 times.
Sushi can be ok for a light snack but not really worth having as a meal imo.

Not if you eat like a 30 pieces menu like I do at a time.

I don't know, I really like the taste of raw tuna with some wasabi, soy sauce and then a bit of pickled ginger, it's not something a doner kebab can offer me.
