I don't know, I really like the taste of raw tuna with some wasabi, soy sauce and then a bit of pickled ginger, it's not something a doner kebab can offer me.

Each to their own for me Tuna is something I really dont enjoy. Im not really big fan of seafood although occasionally I eat fish usually crumbed fish and other times I eat calamari or prawn/shrimp cutlets. Maybe people who like seafood such as Salmon etc enjoy Sushi but if I have Sushi its usually with chicken or beef and for me its not that exciting but sometimes its a good snack. I prefer Thai and Chinese food over Japanese.

I like spicy foods (asian,indian,mexican) and also central euro and med cuisines...(there is a relationship between many med cusines eg from Balkans-Turkey-Armenia-Middle East there are some similarity's and I enjoy all or most of those).

Greek and Middle Eastern for sure, but Hungarian/Czech food is very under-appreciated.

You mean to say there are cuisines outside Greek and Italian what is it Hamburgers and Fried Chicken?

Don't have much of them... but if I had to choose one it would be Thai.
