American, British/Anglo-Celtic, Italian, and Indian. Some more staples, some more treats.
Other cuisines which I've had more than one or two dishes: Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Greek. All have been good or OK but I enjoy Chinese and Mexican least.

I like spicy foods (asian...usually Thai and Chinese),Indian, mexican) and also central Euro and med cuisines...(there is a relationship between many med cuisines eg from Balkans-Turkey-Armenia-Middle East, there are some similarity's and I enjoy all or most of those).
As for European food ...I luv Schnitzli/Schnitzel, Hungarian food like Paprikas Chicken, Goulash/Gulyas, Bean soup,
Kaposzta-Stuffed Cabbage, Pokolt=beef and onion stew.

Turkish food is amazing. I tried Su Borek for the first time the other day and I fell in love. Such a simple yet tasty dish.
