Yes, indeed, ITALIAN, but REAL Italian, not Italo-Greek nor Italo-American. Believe it or not, there doesn't have to be tomato paste in EVERY Italian dish ! That's mainly a Bay-of-Naples characteristic..

I love a good borsch but nothing beats a medium-rare burger with blue cheese. But then again nothing beats a Piadina or some panzerotti. I'll go with Italian with the occasional American burger.
