My favourite girls names are:
1. (H)Elena/Ellen (Greek- "light or bright").
2. Irene/Eirene (Greek- peace).
3. Patricia (Roman- noble).
4. Martina (Roman-war-like).
Others worth considering:

It should have been mackenȝie. But we binned the letter Ȝ and lazily substituted it for the Letter Z in it's place. It should have been pronounced like "Mackaingye" .
But all these Surnames were first names at some point usualy.

If I lived in an anglophone country I would probably choose: Alan and Willian for males, Gwen and Kim/Kimberly for girls.
I adore the name Kim! <3 It is so sweet. Maybe I have to change my name in this.
