Yes. Along with many Kurds, Persians, Tajik, Afghans and other groups of old Indo-European/Iranian stock...do they look like Swedes and Norwegians? NO. But there's a clear caucasian link there. Even in some mountain villages in Pakistan. And Berbers from North Africa too, many are even blond and blue eyed.

Some look central asian but some look phenotypically white with caucasian features.

Obviously they're white. But if by white we mean European they're Eurasian.
