So are the Uralic languages confirmed to have originated in the Ural Mountains region or is it just named that because that's the region where those languages were prominent?

They originated there, in the south of Urals. The proto-Uralic language was the closest (eastern) geographical neighbour of the proto-Indoeuropean language speaking area.

much, that some linguists
do not put them even in
one family, then probably
thy had no one common

You know better than scholars, historians and academics who are experts in their field? Did you at least finish university in biology/genetics/etc? Can I see your thesis on the Origin of Ugrofinns
