Hardly likely. There's about 15 points of IQ separating MOST whites from MOST Hispanics. I went to college with a ton of Hispanics who spoke English. Whites were not dating too much outside their race for reasons much deeper than a language barrier.

Hipocrisy. Since throughout history whites also had emigrated from Europe to look for a better and new life, but they are not supposed to be "victims", even those who didn´t speak english when they arrived and suffered similar discrimination in harsher times (which they managed to overcome).
