What about the economy of the rest of Spain with way higher debts, lower industry, companies, exports, tourism, etc? They would be in a total wreck as well if Catalonia was to leave, Spain would loose like 30% of its market share.

SEAT (car industry as you pointed) belongs to Wolksvagen. SEAT works in Martorell (Barcelona) and they already have said that they will move out of Catalonia if Catalonia gets the independence

Even ultra-famous Catalan companies such as Codorniú (cava industry) already has moved, to La Rioja, and Freixenet has said they will do if Catalonia gets the independence
