I don't think so. Thousands Turkish-speaking Iranians visit Armenia annually and I have not heard that they have experienced any safety problems. Recently there was even one striking case when one Turkish man called Kemal Oksuz who was wanted and looked for by law enforcement agencies of the USA and Turkey, he moved to Armenia, even organized his own business and lived there in peace for himself until he was put on the wanted list by Interpol.
