Can foreigner buy land in Armenia?

Yes, foreigners can indeed purchase real estate in Armenia. I personally know some people whom own second residences in Armenia. And some time ago, I noticed that Mondinion was featuring a land sale advertisement (in an area not far from the Turkish Border), with some potential for commercial development. I don't know enough about how to facilitate a purchase, and I'd like to know more about it too.

This is a very common practice, especially for Armenians who live in Russia. They buy housing in Armenia as soon as possible.
