A lot of Turkish-speaking people from Iran (before Covid-19) visited Armenia annually and they had not experienced any safety problems. And I really don't think that Turkish citizens would be specifically targeted and endangered in Armenia. But of course if a Turkish citizen try hard to get as a Turk into trouble in Armenia then sure he may get into trouble.

A woman from Russia who with her family moved to Armenia several years ago and now lives in Yerevan. She makes various videos about life in Armenia. Here in this video, she, among other things, she and her daughter visited a cafe called "Vienna" and talks about how they ate there and what inexpensive prices are there. And she talks about what huge portions there are in cafe, and that they ordered food for two, but that would be enough for four to get enough to eat.
