In Romania Gypsies are not considered white people, usually. Some of them think they are, though.

Option #2 (Europeans and Jews) is unnecessary. Because Jews are diverse in skin color and phenotype:

Armenians, Georgians and other Caucasus people are definitely white. I also include Jews(not Ethiopian or Chinese ones) and Turks. I can not imagine for Stalin or Jesus not being white.

Did you met a Gypsy who considered himself White? I never did to be honest. There is a term "beli cigan" though, for gypsies with white skin. But I never met a Gypsy with brown skin who considered himself white. I dont consider Gypsies "white" generally, I consider them their own thing. There is black, gypsy, asian, white etc.

I voted also the third option. I know a tunisian girl (berber) who looks white/meditteranean with relatively light skin and who considers herself white. I think such people are white.

On the internet I knew a Gypsy girls who considered herself and I think Gypsies in general to be white. Many of them are not that dark, to be sure.

Possible. My sister considers my mum white, she said there are only 3 races africans, asians, and whites. (well she doesnt know much about taxonomy) and that there are australoids too and that gypsies are part australoid.
