What did you dream last night?

I dreamt two sucessive nightmares, really unpleasant. First was very dark and also forshadowed war coming to my Island, but also dark supernatural things. Another one was kind of demonic posession dream (not exactly, but in that direction). It was set in Budapest.

That's why I am awake right now at 5 AM. I started praying after waking up and want to go to priest for confession today.

I must admit I feel very unease about it and feel the need to find comfort in religion when afraid, and I was scared to death tonight.

Hi Danny. These links I sent you are about psychic protection and energy clearing techniques that seem pretty good. Just thought I'd send it to you, as it might be of interest, and perhaps they are good techniques to recommend to people in need.

Another technique I know of, but can't find the video on yt that describes it anymore, involves visualizing four big trees around you. These four trees are linked by big golden chains, wrapped around their trunks. Know that these trees will protect you. I think this technique is quite useful before going to sleep, to protect from negative interactions in dreams or in the astral plane. You can make the intent for the trees to stand guard during the whole duration of your night's sleep. Additionally you can also visualize a violet flame involving you, and feel it's loving and protecting energy. You can also top it off with the white lighting technique you often describe (an experienced reiki practitioner I know recommend to me a variation of that technique, that involves having a strong golden layer, alike to an inpenetrable egg shell, on the outside of the white light, limiting it), and asking God to send his angels and your guides to protect you.

And for all of these things, make the intent or ask for them to stay in place around you for the duration of the sleep cycle.

A crazy dream. It was like watching a movie. I was not in it. Short version is... it was about a woman who was obsessed with deep diving into a volcanic crater lake. She didn't know how to swim, though. So, she had a couple of her friends (two strong guys) lower her down on a rope that she had attached to a harness around her. When she got about a 100 feet down, she found a blonde woman dressed in a white nightgown. I thought she was dead, and so did the woman who found her, but then the woman in white spoke... even though they were underwater, they quickly spoke to each other, but i could not understand what they said. They grabbed onto one another and started swimming. I then woke up.

Had I seen your dream, I probably would have thought the lady being lowered down was a recently departed person (or will be) and the woman in the white nightgown a person who had departed from this life earlier – coming there to meet, to help her.

But this is because culturally - in the collective subconscious – being underwater to me means “the realm of the dead”.
They of course can talk underwater, because they realize they are not really ‘dead’ but only released from their physical bodies.

But as I said, this is cultural symbolism and the collective subconscious you are connected to might have other meanings for ‘underwater’.

That is so interesting. Thank you for sharing that. A couple details I left out are... the woman in the nightgown was stuck vertically in what looked like tree roots against a wall. That woman also never opened her eyes. So, I think she was indeed dead.

In the dream everyone I knew turned on me, and then I was reunited with an old group of people where I felt belonging and had a health check at a park.

Dreamed weird feeling dream where my mom tried to convince me to adopt a blond Croatian boy of 6-7 years of age who was given up for adoption as infant and grew up in orphanage. He was pretty charming and likable, mischievous class clown type of child that was also bright and good looking kid.

But I felt at unease about that and for some reason didn't want to do it.

That one of my molars was loose. I pulled it out, and I felt so relieved after.

If you pull out a loose tooth in your dream …
According to Loewenberg, pulling out a loose tooth would symbolize a conflict that you need to speak up about or that you want to put an end to. “Maybe the tooth is just hanging there by a vein, and you just need to get this out. It can also mean you are grinding your teeth, and your mind is explaining the sensation that way. It can mean what you said also, and perhaps that's where a lot of teeth grinding comes from.

I had a dream that I had to hide and escape from a tornado and help other people escape as well, I had to set up a fortress and lock all the doors. But before the tornado I was just out looking for things at a mall.
