What did you dream last night?

I went grocery shopping with my parents at Lidl (a German supermarket chain). They didn't look or sound like my real parents, and it wasn't really me either. The dream was narrated in English and had cut scenes like a movie, a thing my character was fully aware of. I got to break the fourth wall a few times by cracking jokes at the audience, and a laugh track followed. Lidl had a special sale of outdoor equipment, and we all had our eyes on some hunting jackets and long underwear. It was a bit of a hassle finding items that fit us in size since most of it was already gone, and the remaining stacks were spread all over the shop. After standing in line and paying the cashier the scene cut and we were now on a commercial flight over the Atlantic. My parents were arguing about the jackets they got. Apparently I had gotten my mother a size L when she uses M. Somehow the front door of the plane cracked open and I got sucked out. I fell for a really long time. The sea bellow was crystal clear and there was a sandy island ahead. It was a beautiful sunny day. I emptied my lungs before hitting the water (like that would work...) and miraculously survived. It wasn't deeper than a few meters. After a bit of disorientation I managed to swim to the island, which, it turned out, was considerably larger than it looked from above. Once I reached the beach I noticed the island was populated; within the thin forest of palm trees there were several huts and wooden structures. I started walking towards them when I was met by two spear-wielding guards in leaf skirts. They lead me to meet the chief. The natives were African looking. They were barefooted and quite primitive, but very hospitable. They didn't speak English, but I knew their language (because at this point in the dream it was revealed-) I was an expert on their folklore. Also, they totally spoke fluent English in the dream, but it was for the sake of the audience. Their chief was a steroid giant. He was concerned about an ancient prophecy foretelling the destruction of his people by an evil lurking bellow the island. After mesmerizing his entourage with my knowledge, they decided I was sent by the gods to save them. The chief took me to a small cave, the only entrance to a system stretching deep bellow sea level. His gut couldn't fit through the stone frame, so I had to pull his feet while three guards pushed him from behind. The interior of the cave was very spacious with red sandstone walls. We lost some of the guards while exploring. After descending for a while I found a metal staircase leading down. We got to a giant hall with metal plated walls. It looked very futuristic. There was a huge ominous silhouette of scrap under the staircase which wasn't illuminated by our torches. I found a keyboard in the wall and started studying it. The chief went over to the foreboding pile despite my warning. It came to life, turning out to be an enormous unicycled killer-robot. It had the voice of a woman. After severing one of the guards in half her power ran out. At this point I woke up.

Continuing with the futuristic theme. Tonight I was chasing a humanoid robot on a killing spree. It had swords for arms and cut pedestrians down in the street. I beat it with an iron rod, but it ran away and tried to pass as a human. It was night and snowing outside. Whenever I caught up with it the robot just jumped through a window or climbed somewhere I couldn't get it.
No idea why I got these dreams.

It was vivid dream and it shook me up.

I won't go into all the details, but the most vivid part was where I was sitting in the beautiful lounge of my late grandparents home, where I have many happy memories.

The curtains were all open and the sun was gently setting across their lovely garden.

Relatives were gathering to say goodbye to my grandparents... as they were about to die.

When my turn came to say goodbye, I was so tearful and couldn't let go of my grandmother's hand. I stayed behind in the room after everyone else had gone and kept telling them how much I loved them and was thanking them for so much. I thought the longer that I could talk to them, the longer they would stay alive with me.

Then when they went to sleep and I started shaking and trembling, and then eventually I quietly walked into an adjacent room feeling rather lost.

I looked-up and saw a small opening to a high ceiling opening out to the sky.

I saw cherubs and angels floating above me in a circle... and I held my hand up to try and reach it as it looked so heavenly and inviting... but it seemed too high and out of my reach. It didn't seem impossible to reach though.

I saw a door to my side and opened it... and there was demons and monsters inside and it looked scary and like an incinerator in there, so I quickly shut the oven-like door and held my back to it and started breathing fast. I didn't want to exit my grandparents home that way or even go down that path.

I looked out the windows again to their lovely and tranquil garden and I saw lots of birds flying around their bird feeding tables... and then I started crying and staring at my dead grandparents and woke-up.

I dreamed that Europe was completely taken over by African and Middle Eastern refugees, and that no single pure white was left behind. It was a very nice dream.
