Inspired by the Argentine thread with the same concept.

This guy has a great series of videos where he travels all across Puerto Rico going to various festivals and parties. IMO, they give a really good idea of the phenotypes one finds on the island (even though he's somewhat annoying). I'll start by posting videos of San Juan because it's the most populous city.

(A lot of the people he interviews are drunk and a few are obviously tourists, but hey give a good idea nonetheless)

Agrega un mapa político de la isla para ubicarnos donde quedan las regiones.

    ¡Buena idea!

Ya no puedo editar el OP, pero aquí tienes un mapa de todos los municipios de la isla.

To accompany the political map, here is a genetic map from one of the best studies of the island so you can visualize what the average admixture is for people from each place. (Although in the case of the University at Mayagüez, the people pictured are originally from all over the island)

The map is pretty good, but there is small amount of distortion in coastal areas (espescially in areas where it is jagged or there is a peninsula). This is an artefact of the irregular shape of the island and the way they mapped the admixture results. So, keep in mind that things like the pocket on the South Coast labelled as 35% Amerindian probably don't exist in reality. Likewise, Rincón (the corner on the West coast) is likely no more African than its neighbors.

Students from the University of Puerto Rico at Aguadilla.

the University of Puerto Rico has many branches. Some, like the campus at Mayagüez are very large and serve students from across the island. Others, like the branch are Aguadilla are much smaller and serve many local students who live at home.
