For me the best city is my own, but if I have to name some city in which I have been personally (and visited a lot of countries in Europe, from North Germany to Crete, means; Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech rep, Montenegro, Greece), it would be Prague, that city is just like some city from fairytale, and it gives you everythin you wish, especially if you're romantic such as I am lol.
