City 99% blond population

Well, the map below says that the light yellow part has 80-99% blondes !! Is that really possible or the map is exaggerating? I think it would be really awesome if places that had 99% blonde people exist!! Has anyone been to central Scandinavia?

The reason why I'm asking is because I looooove blondes !

The map is wrong, the only information the map maker has is that the area is 80%+ (EDIT: Technically the map is correct, but to assume some areas are 99%+ is incorrect)

In Oslo here the blonde population is around 40-50%, maybe around 30% with light-brown and the rest has brown or darker.
I guess a lot of people consider light brown as blonde. Further if you imagine blonde hair like this:


Then that's found in around 6-10% of the population, most blonde people have this shade of blonde:

When I look at the French in real life, I'm often surprised to see how dark-haired they are (sorry dear Normans, but it's true: according to the map, they are supposed to be browner than Bosnians and Georgians, Petros Agapetos will feel relieved if he gets to see the map ).
Surprising if you consider the high-latitude location of France. Any explanation ?

i have been in marche (central italy) recently and i must say that i have seen less blonde people .. on the other hand they have much more redheads

anyway i dont think apulia has more blondes than lombardia lol

In the northern end of the supposed blondest region but we are said to be so Lappid and Baltid there according to TA anthro experts. Here's some guys from a place where many anthro experts on this forum would say have a lot of Saami admixture. Maybe RN97 can judge if people look different there compared to his region in Norway? and others can make an estimation on the blonde % and baltid/lappid phenotypes

Nah, not really. Barely any difference between Norwegians and Swedes. There are some lappids/ east baltids here as well especially in Northern Norway. This celeb is one of the most exotic Europeans

He also proves that blonde hair doesn't make you European looking....
His girlfriend is also somewhat east baltid influence, but I'll make a thread on her since IDK quite how to classify her. She's very pretty and looks quite Russian IMO

i think that a lot of europeans can have pseudoasian eyes without being asian influenced
