Alhamdulillah, I'm rarely sick (flu, cold, max 1 in year), I try to avoid taking meds for any symptoms, but more natural stuff (teas, soups, fruits and legumes, meat, tanning with the sun for Vitamin D, doing sports, Vicks Vaporub)
The only thing I take sometimes when I feel a bit less good (lack of sleep, stressful workload), is multivitamin pill and Ashwagandha
Sometimes before sex, I take special Arabian honey hehe
We do not drink Coca-Cola three hours before a match
