Largely agree with this. Some can pass as Afghans, others pass as Iranians, some pass as Greek or Italian. Pretty mixed group.

I do not agree. Afghans are more handsome and have more regular features. "Castizos" i.e. spanish from Castillia not at all. In my opinion, spanish from Andalucìa. Sicilian, someone yes others not at all. French not at all.

This should be a taxonomy, anthropology website. Right? Skin color, darkness, lightness aside. These people have strikingly different facial features from South Euros. For example, ROUND FACES AGAINST ELONGATED FACES. It's so obvious is stupid. If anything Syrians are mone ANE like than EEF like, in terms of face structure. Light, blondish Syrians don't even resemble South Euros light types. Literally there is only an overlap with South Italy for obvious reason, but it's more that Sicilians resemble Levantines, than the other way around. Literally none of these people will pass in Spain or Northern Italy, not a single one.
