In fact the type Berid is not actually present in large numbers. In Sardinia it is more the West-Med type that is predominant or mixtures Berid + Atlantid like this guy (according me) or depigmented Gracile-Med or Atlanto-Med.
Berid is in fact Alpinized, you can not be Berid and not be alpinized to the extent that "apinisation" is what characterizes the Berid type...
It is as if I said of a person that she was purely "Atlanto-Med" while her face is clearly more "Alpine": we could say that there is a strong Alpine influence.
Berid is reduced. Either you are pure Berid and you are reduced, or you are Berid with another influence of another tyoe.
Phenotype changes according to the provinces of Sardinia in general.
Genetically also change according to the provinces: there is no homogeneity in Sardinia.
This guy is not pure Berid. More a mix between other thing.
PS: Berid must not exist, since no anthropologist (in any case) has spoken of it...
