It is called being polite. It probably doesn't fit your personality, but polite people use it even if they are 100% sure they are right.

There are a few dozen thousand of them in Sarajevo. Since Novi Pazar isn't exactly a metropolis, they go to Sarajevo to study and get jobs. So Sandžak-Sarajevo connection is very strong. Connection between Sandžak and other parts of Bosnia, not so much.
