At dawn, when everybody is sleeping, no noises and I'm all by myself.

Perfect time of the day to reflect about this crazy thing called:life.

Agreed, although in my case it happens in the workplace early in the morning. I am usually the first to arrive, and take the chance to do some deep meditations while advancing part of the day's work.
