There are people working 20 years or more only with residencies.

Τhe newspaper is obviously not trustworthy, since they can't even google ELDYK to realize what the acronym means. Its Ellinikes Dunameis Kuprou (Greek defence of Cypurs). It's self-explenatory that it is of Greek national serving Cyprus.

And meanwhile I don't for a second doubt that the majority of Greek people are normal good people which go on with their life. But that doesn't change that there are fractions of institutions, military, media, police, politician, public administration which are pretty chauvinistic and xenophobic.
