    I can't find my old thread so I'm making a new one. In this thread I will aware you on how to become skinny as fuck. Without starving yourself obviously.

    Or if you are a man you probably have a fat bitch and you would like her to look hot.

    If you are the fat bitch you need to put down the spoon and get with the program.

    Read on to find out my super secret weight loss tips.

    1) Lessons I have learned since my last thread,

    - you must not eat carbs. The most you can eat is a table spoon of boiled buckwheat (mmm buckwheat...).

    - you must never ever eat stuff with wheat in it. That makes you gain almost instantly.

    - you must live off quark, boiled or grilled vegetable mixes, beans, and lean cuts of meat.

    2) Stuff you need,

    - a scale.

    - a measuring tape. To measure your waist.

    - a fat caliper. To measure body fat.

    3) This is my diet and it's really good,

    - breakfast: half a pack of quark with grated fruit.

    - lunch: beans with smoked ham OR grilled vegetables with a piece of lean meat.

    - dinner: half a pack of quark with grated fruit.

    4) Exercise,

    - do farmers runs with grocery bags if you can. It's a great exercise.

    - just work out 2 times a week with whatever routine you like. It's very important to add muscle because it helps burn fat and it makes you look great. So don't just diet.

    - I haven't bothered with cardio so far and I've gotten great results I'm sure it can improve even further if you incorporate cardio.

    5) What results can you expect?

    - I bottomed out at 14% body fat (caliper measured) last summer. You need to go a bit higher in the winter because it's super cold.

    - my weight was about 47 kilo (104 lbs) after adding muscle. But I went as low as 44.5 kilo (98 lbs) before that. So if you want to go super skinny it can be done.

    - my waist came down to 57 cm (22.5 inches).

    these measurements are while breastfeeding which adds a little bit of fluid to the body. If you plan to have a kid (or you've had one) you really need to do this or your body will be ruined for life.

    6) I will now post proof pics which will make you feel fat. If you feel the urge to comfort yourself with a bag of crisps or a pack of cookies stop right now.

    - this is about 14% body fat (caliper measured)

    1) This is one of my breakfast variants,



    it's quark, mixed with an egg and milk, that has been cooked in the oven. I put a little bit of honey in it and a few raisins, there's a bit of mashed fruit on top. It's the warm meal version of quark. It's cold in the winter and you want a hot meal.

    2) Sometimes I will exchange my lunch for this specific quark meal.

    3) I forgot to mention that you should obviously take vitamin supplements. Especially B vitamin when you're skipping carbs.

    Here's my special tip for training the butt for bitches, squats didn't work so well for my butt, then I discovered lateral lunges,



    this exercise hits my butt very well. Give it a try.

    While I don't agree skinniness as an absolute beauty ideal for women and that are levels in-between fat and skinny, I still congratulate you on persevering and getting your body in shape again after a pregnancy.

    Practical advice: do not buy any new clothes if you plan on becoming a Skinny Bitch. Not even after you've lost a lot of weight. Even the smallest sizes (with very few exceptions) will be too big or ill fitting. Expect to shop a the kids' department.

    1) Thanx dude.

    2) I'm not saying that you should strive for being skinny (I've been there myself and I didn't like it) but even if you add a lot of muscle (naturally) you will still look very skinny next to everyone else.

    3) It's 2 pregnancies just for the record.
