Becoming a Skinny Bitch part 2

Let's talk triceps. This is very important for women. Few things ruin your appearance like fat or flabby triceps. This is what I do,







I do 4 sets of about 10-15 reps or as many as I get to. I plan on working harder on my triceps so I will update this post when I get a new routine going.

Let's do biceps too. I just do hammer curls and concentration curls,





I do about 4 x 10 on both exercises.

1) I don't know if I've said this but just buy a cheap set of adjustable dumbbells (anything will do, https://www.walmart.com/c/kp/adjustable-dumbbells) and just work out at home.

2) For the luxury experience you can also buy a bench but it's not necessary.

3) You should do this because,

a) you can work out continuously during the day. Whenever you have a minute to spare you go and do a set. You need to get used to this. Because once you have more than 1 kid you won't be able to go to the gym. This will literally save your life after you have kids. Trust me.

b) gyms are filled with faggotry. There's nothing good about them.

4) If you make it a habit to work out daily then it's not hard.

5) The same applies to the diet. Once you get used to 1000 calories per day you won't want to eat more.

1) How long will it take for you to see results ie become skinny as fuck? I would say you could do it in 1 year if you follow the diet.

2) Consider that if you would have started back in February when I started this thread you would already be 7 months in. The second best time to start is today. Then by next summer you will be skinny as fuck.

3) The real challenge isn't to lose the weight it's to keep it off for good. This diet is something that you need to do for the rest of your life.

4) The choice is between being attractive and happy or being a fat woman who eats junk food in her car,
