1) You can just be sort of skinny by not eating sweets and fast food. Sure, but then you'll be skinny fat and it's really not attractive.

2) If I just ate normally and didn't do any of this I would still be skinny but I wouldn't be under 20% body fat and have muscles.

3) If you want to have low body fat and visible muscles you have to work for it.

Meh, what's up with all the carbo-phobia? I eat tons of them and to be honest not eating them is a shortcut to feel hungry more often and with low energy. What you should avoid is processed carbs and stick to the complex carbohydrates.
