Not really. With hijabs, you can tell if their face is pretty or not. With Burkhas (which I never see here, but I saw quite a few in Europe), it just looks ominous.

Hidjabs sole purpose is actually to make them less attractive. I think the koran said something about it like hiding their beauty because they are like gems or something like that so other guys wont try to get with them.
A scarf I can find them still attractive but full veil hidjabs make them unidentifiable. Hidjabs are actually a security concern if full veil it can give a criminal an excuse to wear something to conceal themselves in. This doesn't mean muslims are all bad but it can give a green light for bad people to take advantage of
