I'm 61, 5' 10" tall, 175 pounds. I've developed a physique many much younger men envy. And women definitely compliment me for.
I performed hypertrophy training in my twenties to the point of entering competition as an intermediate body sculptor (builder). Due to a serious back injury I sustained in a factory related incident, I could not pursue this particular goal any further. But after gradually healing, in my late thirties I got into power lifting. Then another health crisis interrupted my training routine.
However, in my late forties, I made circuit training a part of my lifestyle. This involves combining CV with PR training three times per week for roughly one hour sessions.
I'm also into bicycling.
Never underestimate an older man who refuses to spend his final years planted in a rocking chair. Those wrinkles and grey hair are signs of a lengthy history of experience in every aspect of life.
I'm still fit to fight. And I'm still fit to fuck. And, by God, I still win at both.
