I don't feel any real connection to European countries besides Great Britain due to us being Anglos.
To the best of my knowledge,I have not seen any Americans on here bash Europe though.

It is considered EXTREMELY IMPOLITE in Belgium to give unwarranted advice. Belgian people are usually quiet and good-humoured but they will surprise you with big anger if you jump in to give them your opinion on what they are doing without them asking for it. Do not tell people what they should do with their life in Belgium, ever.

I have before. Mostly due to watching the various ethnic squabbles on here which I find silly.

It's the false sense of 'politeness', but in reality it's just being an introverted culture. Think about Canada. People say Canadians are 'so polite', but they're also the worst backstabbers around, especially when compared to Americans. Most Canadians would probably agree they find visiting the US refreshing because friendliness there at least is genuine.
Still we're no Canadians, because grumpy shopkeepers are a common sight here, but I wouldn't call our culture unfriendly it just exists without them going out of business.

Yeah I would say that's true. I felt a bit out of place in Canada and can say it had a lot to do with the people. My Canadian professor at school is alright at first but then she bitched me out for having the *nerve* to email an assignment without writing anything in the main body of the email.
"I wasn't sure when the assignment was due"
"Bbbbbut(she gets visibly unnnerved) it said in the syllabus"
Which was the wrong dates of course.

American culture used to be a lot more straightforward,but with the increasing pussification of our society, I see more males even, act like middle aged women in terms of being too scurred to say it like it is and instead opting for snide bitchiness and things like that.
