Country A Half of the population is 100% european (white) and the other half is 50% euro 50% amerindian (mestizo)

Country B Everybody is 75% european 25% amerindian (castizo)

Both countries have the same ancestry on average but one is homogeneous and the other heterogeneous.

The full castizo one. With those ancestral proportions, the people would tend to exhibit more European characteristics. It would probably tend to be a more harmonious society due to the greater homogeneity.
