If I was in his place I'd travel to Vojvodina/Serbia (where's he's from) and found some Gypsy girl from his old community. She can even be young, virgin, that's fine, as long as he treat her well and pleasure her physical need he would be just fine.

what I prefer

Ethnicity: Not important to me more about looks/bodytype and personality
Religion: Preferably atheists. But should be More secular. I can't imagine myself dating a religious fundamentalists although some of qualities might appeal to them (being conservative in some social aspects)
Height: I am not too picky about height but I would prefer one thats close to my height but not at might height level. Maybe about 5'6 or 5'7. I wouldn't want to have kids with a short woman. My kid might end up short.
Eye colour: I don't care.
Hair colour: Don't care but a red head could be interesting.
Bra seize: don't care as long as she is not flat chested. normal sized or bigger is obviously better but huge can be a turn off if its ridiculous ( especially if she has breast implants)
IQ: I'm worried about the way she thinks not about an IQ test score. But her being smart also makes her more attractive to me.
