i know you mentioned this in another thread on the 90s (falsely and heretically claiming that the year 1990 belongs to the holy 80s :nono but when people say for e.g. "the 80s", they're referring to the set of 10 years starting with 8- from 1980-1989, not deducing which set of 10 years is the one-thousand nine-hundred and eightieth AD.
